Services
Three services. One team answerable for all of them.
Architecture, construction and interiors, done by the people who drew them. We design projects anywhere in India and build across Odisha. Take one, or all three under one contract.
-
01
Architecture
We design buildings that are pleasant to be in, legal to build and affordable to run — starting from the plot, the climate and the approval rules that apply to it, not from a style.
- Site study, measured survey review and feasibility
- Concept design with options, plans and 3D views
- Design development: plans, sections, elevations
- Approval drawing set prepared to the authority's format
-
02
Construction
Building is where a design is either delivered or quietly diluted. We take responsibility for the programme, the quality of work and the money, and we report on all three.
- Bill of quantities and estimate from the drawing set
- Construction programme with the critical path identified
- Contractor and vendor coordination
- Stage-wise quality checks, recorded
-
03
Interior design
Most of our work is interiors, and most interiors are won or lost at the planning stage — before a single finish is chosen.
- Space planning and furniture layouts
- 3D visualisation of the key spaces
- Custom furniture and joinery drawings
- Modular kitchen and wardrobe design
Or all three, under one contract — NavoGruha is the whole house, first sketch to keys, with penalties on quality, budget and time.

01
Brief and plot
What you need, what the plot and the rules allow, and what it should cost — settled before anyone draws a room.
-
02
Design and approvals
Concept, then a resolved design, then drawings prepared to the authority's format and carried through to sanction.
-
03
Build
Quantities from the drawings, a programme built backwards from your date, and quality checked at each stage before it is covered up.
-
04
Fit-out and handover
Interiors detailed by the same team, snagging closed, and a walkthrough of how everything works.
Our studio is in Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. We design projects anywhere in India, and build across Odisha.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people are not. Tell us about the plot or the space; the first conversation sorts it out and costs nothing.
