We hire in small numbers and keep people for a long time. If you want to be involved in a project from the brief through to the site rather than in one slice of it, this is a reasonable place to work.

Responsibility early
A designer here takes a project from the brief through concept, drawings, approvals and onto site. Nobody spends a year drawing toilet details.

You see your drawing built
Architecture, interiors and construction are one practice, not three silos. You find out what happens to your detail after it leaves your desk — the fastest way anyone learns to detail properly.

You will be asked to defend it
In front of a client, a contractor, or a director. That is the expectation that comes with the responsibility, and it is what makes the first two worth having.

We do not always have an opening at the moment you write, and we keep good portfolios on file. If something fits, we will call.
