/ Architectural design and planning

Design process starts with site survey and customer requirement analysis. After it goes multiple layers of design and approval process. Approval process includes both client and authority approval. Final design along with all element's layout are provided at the end. This process may take 15 to 45 days since the site inspection date as per site requisites

Construction consultancy and execution

The longest activity in the overall project, which gives reality to the imagination. It starts with design and structural plan and ends with building of core structure. This process is all about maintaining the optimum quality with managing all aspects of the project i.e. material, labour, budget. More than designing skill, this process requires planning and management skill. Duration depends on the size and few other parameters.

/ Interior design and execution

Purpose step is to make the space liable and creating a vibrant dream living/working space. Design work starts with site visit and understanding client’s prospective towards the space. These activities goes through minute analysis of the space and client’s requirement and provides the optimized solution. This process may take 45 to 120 days since the site inspection date as per site requisites
