Refund and Cancellation Policy

Consultancy & Design Services:
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments or non-initiated services

Workshops & Training:
- Registration fees are non-refundable once the workshop commences
- No refunds for non-attendance or partial attendance
- If a workshop is cancelled by NavoArch, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided

Refund Timeline:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method
